A delightful village fayre in Denham

27 May 2013

We took a drive down to nearby Denham today to visit the Annual Village Fayre.

We walked around the village, pausing to look at all the things on display at the stalls, listening to the music played by the brass bands, and enjoying the laughter of excited children on the little roller-coasters and merry-go-rounds. There was even a little train on a track! It was such fun! I really like these fairs.

Here are some photos of our outing.

And I have even found a lovely little video clip for you on YouTube, which I have inserted below.

    1. I thought I might be too, but actually, I’m finding it quite invigorating, Sybil. I’m really touched by how kind and generous people have been towards me, so I always try to keep up my spirits and to be cheerful.
