A couple of quiet days

After all that excitement on the weekend, I’ve had a couple of quiet days.  The thrill and exhaustion of travelling such a long distance from the northern hemisphere all the way to the southern hemisphere seem to have caught up with me.

I have spent most of my waking hours figuring out this whole blogging thing.

Reggie has kindly created a separate WordPress account for me, so now I can write and publish my own blogs, and reply to my readers’ and followers’ comments, without having to dictate everything to her. (You’ll have noticed that she sometimes *edits* my comment replies, which is just not on!)

I have also now created a Contact Form, which means that you can contact me directly, if you don’t want to leave a comment.

    1. I’ve actually been staying with friends of Reggie’s for a night or two, but I will tell you all about my visit there as soon as I am back with Reggie.

(Reggie says: Gilbert has been looking a little morose… I think he misses her. He was starting to get quite fond of her.)

    1. I know – life as an aspiring world traveller can be exhausting, Rosie Bear! So many people to meet, places to see, things to do – and of course I also want to blog about them, so that also takes a bit of time.

I do wish I had some of your boundless energy, Rosie Bear.

I shall do my best to ‘Shine On’ indeed!
